Villahane is a villa rental platform based in İzmir, focused on private-pool villas on Turkey's Aegean and Mediterranean coasts.

Why we visit every villa

The Turkish villa market has a photography problem. Wide-angle lenses make small pools look large, and a "sea view" can mean a strip of blue between two buildings. We photograph every villa ourselves, from the angles a guest would actually stand in, and we measure the things people argue about afterwards — distance to the sea, plot boundaries, pool size.

How we make money

A 6% service fee on the accommodation total, shown separately before you pay. We do not take commission from hosts for better placement, and search ranking cannot be bought.

What we are not

We are not a classifieds site: you book and pay through us, and we are responsible when something goes wrong. We are also not a hotel chain — every villa is privately owned and each host runs their own property.
