Are the photographs real?
Yes. Our team photographs every villa. We do not accept owner-supplied images, which is why some listings take a few weeks to go live.
Is the price per night or per person?
Per night for the whole villa, up to the stated guest capacity. The card price already includes taxes and cleaning.
When is the best time to visit?
June and September are the sweet spot on the Mediterranean coast: sea temperatures of 24–26 °C without July and August crowds or prices. The Aegean side is cooler and windier, which makes August more bearable there.
Is the pool heated?
Only where the listing says so, and heating is usually charged separately or requires notice. Between May and September most pools do not need heating; in April, October and November it makes a real difference.
Can we bring pets?
Only at villas marked as pet-friendly. Bringing an undeclared pet can void the booking and the security deposit.
How many guests can stay?
The stated capacity is a limit, not a suggestion. Extra guests must be agreed with the host in advance; unannounced extra guests are the most common cause of disputes.
Is there Wi-Fi and air conditioning?
In most villas, yes, and both are listed under amenities. Rural properties occasionally have slower connections — if you plan to work, ask us and we will check the actual speed.
What about earthquakes and safety?
Turkey is seismically active. Villas built after 2000 follow the current building code. If this is a concern, ask us about a specific property and we will tell you what we know about its construction date.
Do you charge in euros or pounds?
No. Prices are in Turkish lira and charged in lira. We deliberately do not display a converted price, because the rate on the day of payment would differ from the rate shown when you booked.
Can I visit a villa before booking?
Not usually, since most are occupied or in another city from you. What we can do is send additional photographs or a short video of anything specific you want to see.
