Villa rental regions

Turkey’s villa market is concentrated on two coasts. The Mediterranean (Lycian) side — Kaş, Kalkan, Fethiye — is greener and more dramatic; the Aegean side — Bodrum, Alaçatı, Datça — is windier, cooler and closer to İzmir. Each region below explains what it is like, when to go and how to get there.

Kaş
