Cancellation conditions

All Villahane bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy. No complex rules that vary from host to host.

Refund table

• Within 24 hours after booking: unconditional 100% refund (if more than 48 hours remain until the check-in date)
• 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of the accommodation fee
• 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation fee
• 0–14 days before check-in: no refund
• Service fee is refunded under all conditions

If the host cancels

For cancellations caused by the host, the full amount paid is refunded; additionally, our team will contact you to find an alternative villa of similar quality, and if a price difference occurs, Villahane covers up to 5.000 TL.

Force majeure

In cases of natural disasters, official travel restrictions, or technical failures that render the villa unusable, date changes are made free of charge or a full refund is issued.
