How does villa rental work?
Villahane is a rental platform that connects you directly with owners of private villas with pools in Turkey. Our difference is simple: before publishing any villa, our team visits the property in person, takes the photos ourselves, and verifies the claimed features (seclusion, pool heating, distance to the sea) one by one.
1. Search and filtering
Start with the region, dates, and number of guests. Then, narrow down your search with villa-specific filters: is it secluded, is the pool heated, how many meters to the sea, is there a children's pool, are pets allowed. Every price you see in the list includes the seasonal and weekend differences for your selected dates.
2. Availability and total amount
The nightly rate for each day is displayed on the villa page calendar, and booked days are marked as unavailable. When you select your date range, the booking card displays the total amount item by item: accommodation, weekly discount, cleaning fee, and service fee. Taxes are included in this amount; there are no surprise charges later.
3. Deposit and remaining balance
- At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount is collected as a deposit.
- The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before check-in.
- The damage deposit is blocked separately at check-out and is refunded within 3 business days at the latest.
- Your payment is held in the Villahane pool for 24 hours after check-in; if the villa is different from described, it is refunded.
4. Check-in
For instant confirmation villas, the reservation is finalized in seconds. For request-based villas, the host will respond within 4 hours at the latest. The exact address and check-in instructions are shared after confirmation. Check-in is at 16:00, check-out is at 10:00.
